"When I first started having lessons it was with another instructor who I failed my first test with. My sister then recommended me to start having lessons with Shameem instead and what a great recommendation that was! Having already had some past experience with a previous instructor I thought I would be ready to do my test straightaway. Instead I quickly realised I had been taught the wrong way to drive. Choosing a right teacher is purely a gamble. I had another lady previously as my instructor I had to pay a ransom for about a year and every lesson was annoying. Facing her everyday was a nightmare.
And as expected I had absolutely no confidence at all and I failed. I almost lost my interest in driving. The concept of lady instructors turned out to be an absolute horror.
Then my husband came across Shameems website and suggested her. His instincts were always right. I started my driving lessons with her half heartedly. At the end of my first lesson, I felt light hearted, and strangely I was all smiles.
Despite revealing my lack of driving skills, she didn’t comment anything. I started looking forward for more driving lessons.
I have a baby and so my lessons needed to be extremely flexible. She adjusted with my timings. She’s calm, composed, professional, punctual, very supportive and friendly indeed.
My performance on a normal day would be above average but once I reach the test centre, everything crashes down and I would commit grave mistakes.
She put up with me. I know it was not easy for her but she never expressed it. I felt that she struggled with me as equally as I did she put her heart and soul into it. She kept telling me that she will see to it that I passed. I wish I met her the first time when I took my lesson .I would have passed long back.
